I had a small leak that I thought was my condensation pipe clogged up but after a week of more drips, I knew I needed to call in some outside help.

DDP was fast to respond and arrived 15 minutes after the start of the 2 hour window they gave me. They were very communicative and easy to work with and didn't try to oversell me. Turns out I needed some refrigerant and they installed a new condensation pump I had already purchased as a back up and were in and out in no time.

My dog was even super relaxed thru it all, to help paint the picture of their friendliness and professionalism.

Hello, you! If you are reading this, it's probably because you're having AC issues. First of all, my condolences. Secondly, you will not regret hiring this company - what an amazing group of people.

I will try to summarize but honestly a lot of this experience impressed me so it may be long.

INITIAL VISIT
Their tech looked at everything and once he knew the issue, presented me with all of my options. I really love that it was written out as what must be done and included things that should be done. After talking with the tech for a little bit, I ultimately decided to replace everything due to the cost of the repair to get it running and the age of my unit. I want to add in that the tech literally walked away to allow me time and privacy to talk to a friend about everything. This isn't even something I asked for, he just did it on his own. (side note: the owner himself even offered to call my friend directly to talk about things as well which I thought was incredible) I was never once pressured into anything or rushed to make a decision. Something small, but very much appreciated. The tech answered every question I had and left me feeling confident this was the right approach to take.

FIRST VISIT
The first visit was actually them being finished at another job earlier, and coming over to get started on mine. The idea was they would get their crew here as they were able to get everything up and running sooner. They got to work as soon as they got here. Two more techs showed up a bit later, as did the owner - Peter. Two of the techs appeared to be apprentices and it was really nice being able to overhear the more seasoned techs teaching them and answering questions. They showed so much patience, knowledge, and kindness to them. They got quite a bit done on the first day.

SECOND/LAST VISIT
Woohoo! Can we say cold air!? The way I hit my knees and put my face to the vent when it came on! Not too much more to say on this visit - just kinda wanted another opportunity to point out that I have cold air again. The techs were once again awesome. Absolutely no mess anywhere that I could see. They cleaned up as they went and seriously... I have cold air again. I also want to note that because of their unique idea of splitting this up - my unit was installed and running TWO days before the original install date! :D

SHOUT OUTS
Peter, Grace (you are beyond a joy to talk to!), Trent, Kyle 1, Kyle 2, and the two other techs I didn't get the name of (I am so sorry) - you are all rock stars. I really cannot thank you all enough for doing everything in your power to get this done as quickly as possible. Your kindness and understanding in all of this was so appreciated too. I get this is your job and I am a paying customer and blah blah blah but I couldn't imagine having had a better experience. Thank you all so much! :)

Absolutely the best experience! I originally called on Sunday morning.. No expectations..my air was running but the temperature was climbing. I called the number and it was immediately answered. I hadn’t been a customer before, but Pete asked me questions and tried to help me fix it over the phone if possible! How awesome is that! Long story short, made an appointment for a maintenance check. I was called that morning and Justin the HVAC technician called me to let me know when he would be there. He as able to be there earlier than expected, was extremely courteous, went straight to figuring out the problem and completed everything within an hour! I couldn’t be more happier with his expertise and professionalism! I would highly recommend Dr. P’s HVAC!!!

One of the best HVAC experiences I’ve had! This company is all about doing the RIGHT thing for their customers. Peter took the time to actually look at what the problem was. I was expecting to pay many thousands of dollars because of what other companies said we needed, or was wrong. Peter explained “keep it simple, until it’s not.”
I’m confident in the work he did. He is knowledgeable and not looking to gouge hard working people to fill his pockets. I saved thousands! Every case is different and he could have totally taken advantage. It is his honesty and integrity that will keep me coming back, if and when I need to.

Very impressed by Dustin's knowledge! He saved me from spending thousands due to a miss diagnosed problem with my AC...(It pays to get a second opinion!) So glad i did. He was very professional and kind and walked me through the problem and solution. Which i appreciated. I highly recommend him!
